Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals you will provide excellent service to our new and existing customers. This role with suit candidates with over 2 years experience in a fast-paced, customer facing insurance role. What you’ll do: Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes. Manager customer policies, renewals, and claims. Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Stay informed about insurance products and market trends. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development. What we’re looking for: APA or CIP qualified insurance professional Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
