We are now looking for two experienced Client Executives / Client Account Managers to join our Sales organization, with responsibility for the Norwegian and Swedish banking markets.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of and further develop one or more strategic banking clients, quickly and independently.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and board-level stakeholders at the client.
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from initial idea to contract signing.
- Act as the key link between the client and Tieto’s product, delivery, and strategy teams.
- Help shape go-to-market and account strategies for your clients.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Solid experience in client management, strategic sales, or account management within banking, financial services, or another complex technology/SaaS environment.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, an understanding of product organizations, and the ability to quickly navigate complex customer and product landscapes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a complex stakeholder landscape, both internally and externally, while establishing credibility with senior client executives.
- Experience and ability to navigate matrix organizations with complex decision-making and reporting structures, both internally and on the client side.
- The ability to communicate complex topics clearly to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- A driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach, combined with strong structure and the ability to manage several parallel processes independently.
- Strong curiosity about and understanding of technology, and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business.
- Good knowledge of modern digital tools that can improve your own and the organization’s productivity.
- Experience from banking or financial services is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You are not necessarily at the very beginning of your career, and the role can be adapted to different levels of seniority.
