The Account Manager – South Bra is responsible for the territory revenue performance, with proper Funnel Management within High, Mid Labs and agents management in the south of Brazil. This job that drive significant impact to the organization. This position reports to the to the Sales Manager BRA and is part of the BRA Sales Team, located in Porto Alegre/Curitiba region and will be working remotely to cover Brazil South territory. In this role, your main responsibilities are, but not limited to: Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual and sales goals for the territory; Provide proper funnel management and prepare status report for organization Prioritize solution allocation to customers through collaboration with all areas. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies. Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories. Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer. Actively coordinates and leads with SMEs the funnel opportunities and forecasting requirements through each vertical sales region and provide collaboration to meet customers needs. The essential requirements of the job include: Education:Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience Travel: 75%. Must Possess a valid Driver’s license and Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings (locally and internationally) Language: Intermediate English Will be considered as differential: Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software. Proven presence at region Accounts and influence with key decision makers. Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
