The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspire and engage employees to provide great experiences for guests, owners and employees. Using motivational leadership and open communication skills, a leader will motivate staff to meet and exceed service standards, and will promote a seamless, hassle-free guest experience, taking ownership of both the guest and employee experience. · Taking ownership to ensure quality of room cleanliness, daily services, public space cleanliness, timely delivery of services, and anticipation of guest needs. · Coaching and developing up to 25 Room Attendants through room audits, semi-annual performance appraisals, one-on one meetings, and regular communication, and recognition programs.
