Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to convey key project information, updates, and risks to clients.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio.
- Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed.
- Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project portfolios.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and international-standard projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and design software is advantageous.
