What you’ll be doing
- Creating, scheduling and coordinating marketing communications and campaigns
- Managing mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitoring performance
- Supporting website content and updates
- Developing marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics
- Coordinating conferences, sponsorships and educational events
- Supporting our national webinar program from promotion through to delivery
- Producing EDM communications and other customer-facing content
- Keeping marketing activities and calendars organised and on track
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
- Providing responsive customer support and managing enquiries through the national inbox
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a similar marketing, communications or coordination role
- Experience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong Microsoft skills, with Adobe experience highly regarded
- A good eye for design and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- A proactive, self-starting approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Marketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services would be highly regarded
