This role may manage cross functional team, ensuring successful product launches and collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to deliver high quality solutions. Product Delivery Management Lead and manager the technical product delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful product releases Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and budget Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring quality standards are met Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor teammates (to include engineering, product, business analyst, QA, and project) to ensure seamless delivery Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and accountability within the team Stakeholder Communication · Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables, timeline and scope Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure product aligns with customer needs and business goals Process Improvement Evaluate and improve product delivery processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness Ensure team aligns with methodologies for product development and deployment Identify and resolved any roadblocks or risks that may impact delivery Other duties as assigned What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
