As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll learn and support our team across both the clinical and front desk areas, including:
- Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointments
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
- Sterilisation and maintaining clinical compliance
- Welcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approach
- Managing patient appointments and recalls
- Answering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Supporting the team with day-to-day practice operations
We're looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic about starting a career in the dental industry
- Is friendly, approachable and passionate about providing great patient care
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Has a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever needed
- Previous customer service, administration, hospitality or healthcare experience but not essential
