Utilize ServiceNow to document incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, and client communications while ensuring adherence to service management processes and SLAs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, recommending service enhancements, and helping define best practices for executive support services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, or VIP users within financial services, private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, or similarly high-touch environments. Strong understanding of executive stakeholder management and white-glove service delivery. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, mobile device management, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies. Exceptional communication, professionalism, and customer service skills. Competence to remain calm and effective under pressure while supporting time-sensitive and business-critical situations. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to work independently providing an exceptional end-user experience.
