Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas realizando los procesos relacionados con la operación de empaque y sellado de bolsas, asegurando el flujo constante del producto en la línea de producción según el estándar y asegurando los índices de calidad, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad salud y ambiente. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Operar la maquina selladora y empacar bolsa para generarproducto asegurando la cantidad y calidad requerida. Cumplir con los procedimientos escritos determinados para losprocesos que realiza (líneas despejadas, inspecciones masivasque aseguren la calidad del producto). Realizar la función de inspección visual por partículas en la banda. Manejar de manera segura el estibador. Reportar eventos de calidad asociados a la operación y eldesecho. Reportar tiempos perdidos, daños y limpiar la maquina en cada turno. Lo que aportarás: Bachiller académico graduado. Experiencia de 6 meses en procesos de manufactura (Deseable).
