People Tech Product Manager, AI & Systems.

FULL TIMEREMOTEDATA & ML

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. Over 250,000 customers across departments use us to seamlessly connect people, workflows, and AI agents on one flexible platform—where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build products that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where everyone is empowered to shape the future of work and help organizations outpace their competition.

About the Role:

As a People Tech Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling monday.com's HR technology landscape following our SuccessFactors implementation. This position is highly collaborative—you will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful system solutions. You'll manage end-to-end HR tech projects, be hands-on with data and configurations, and champion the use of AI and automation to reduce manual work and drive new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Configuration

  • Take ownership of data uploads and management, including preparing, validating, and loading employee and payroll data into SuccessFactors, Ashby, and other HR systems. Troubleshoot data quality issues and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and People teams.

  • Configure and maintain HR systems: set up workflows, approvals, permissions, and business rules within SuccessFactors. Keep documentation up-to-date and ensure ongoing system hygiene.

Project Management & Requirements Gathering

  • Understand business needs by gathering and translating requirements with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. Clearly document and scope projects.

  • Manage HRIS projects end-to-end, including implementations of new modules and integrations (e.g., Hilan, ADP). Develop project plans, track milestones, coordinate testing, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Oversee and support integrations between SuccessFactors, Ashby, Pigment, Tableau, Culture Amp, and other enterprise applications.

AI & Automation Implementation

  • Build AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n, Claude (API), monday agents, Cursor, and Snowflake to automate repetitive HR tasks (e.g., offer letters, data validation, report generation).

  • Proactively identify and prototype automation opportunities. Collaborate with your team to test, iterate, and refine AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar), including data uploads, configuration, and system maintenance.

  • Experience leading HR or system projects: requirement gathering, cross-team coordination, progress tracking, and on-time delivery.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for leveraging technology to improve them.

  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, effective communication, and juggling multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.

  • Comfort with APIs, data workflows, and automation concepts. You don’t need to be a software engineer but must be eager to learn new tools.

  • Commitment to data integrity and accuracy, and willingness to advocate for high data quality.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors (core HCM modules, Time Tracking, or Time Off).

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or make.com.

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data pipelines (e.g., Snowflake).

  • Previous experience with Ashby, Tableau, Culture Amp, or similar people systems.

  • Experience thriving in fast-growing organizations and wearing multiple hats.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are core values, not just words on a wall.

  • Work on an advanced AI-powered, multi-product suite used by hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility—we believe in sharing our success.

  • Accelerate your growth with a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons.

  • Be part of a collaborative, global culture with Employee Resource Groups and offices in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more.
