The Crown Is Yours As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll lead a high-impact team building the technology that powers our platform at scale. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations for an Engineering team, including sprint planning, execution, delivery, and team rituals. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. At least 2 years of experience managing software engineering teams, driving technical excellence and supporting individual development. A proven track record of leading cross-functional development teams through the full software lifecycle from scoping and design to release and maintenance. Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities, with experience cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C# or Java. Hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core. Exposure to distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka.
