Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and requests via email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products and services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify recurring customer questions and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and patient approach.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working with computers and common business software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with CRM or help desk tools.
Experience with chat or ticketing systems.
Experience working in SaaS, technology, or healthcare.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Compensation
$38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
