Construction projects don't break inside the phases. They break at the handoffs — feasibility to design, financing to construction, construction to closeout — where the context that mattered in one stage arrives in the next as nothing at all.
Zero owns those handoffs. We work the owner's side of the table, exclusively: owner's representation, closeout, and the full building lifecycle, on a platform that keeps the project record continuous from the first site walk to final disposition. We're not selling software to the industry from the outside — we're doing the work and building the instruments we wished we'd had.
We're growing across construction delivery, technology, and go-to-market. If you want to be part of that and nothing on our board fits you today, this is the place to raise your hand.
Send us your resume, and tell us two things: what you'd want to own here, and one problem in this industry you'd fix if someone handed you the keys. A few sentences is plenty — we read them.
What happens next. We review every submission. We won't pretend there's an opening today, but we keep your materials on file and reach out when something opens that matches what you told us. If we see a fit sooner, you'll hear from us directly.
