🚀 Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a small talent team supporting a fast-growing fintech client hiring across EMEA.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to balance delivery, stakeholder management and commercial priorities. You’ll work closely with the client and talent team to keep hiring moving, solve challenges and continuously improve how we deliver.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day Talent Acquisition delivery for a strategic fintech client across commercial and go-to-market functions

• Provide guidance and support to a small team of talent partners

• Own delivery across multiple business areas, ensuring quality, pace and consistency

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted partner

• Translate hiring demand into clear, executable plans and priorities

• Use data and market insight to identify trends, solve problems and improve decision-making

• Manage your own requisition load, taking ownership of roles from intake through to offer and ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, candidate experience and overall hiring delivery

• Balance client expectations with team capacity, performance and wellbeing

🔍 What You Bring

• Experience providing leadership, coaching or mentoring of Talent Partners

• Strong experience recruiting across commercial or go-to-market functions, ideally within a fast-paced or scaling environment

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and challenge constructively

• A strong delivery background - you have remained close to the hiring process and understand what good looks like

• Data-driven and process-minded, with a genuine interest in improving how Talent teams operate
