Lime is building out the Office of the CEO to strengthen enterprise alignment, operating discipline, and strategic execution as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, CEO Office, the Senior Manager will support the development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system. This role helps ensure the company’s Long Range Plan, capital allocation decisions, and enterprise priorities are translated into clear plans and effectively tracked across the organization.

Working across functions, this role will drive key components of planning, analysis, and execution support, helping the CEO Office operate as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Support structuring and coordination of cross-functional strategic initiatives, including building analyses, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through

  • Board & Public Company Readiness: Support development of board materials, analysis, and governance documentation

  • Enterprise Problem Solving: Conduct analysis on high-impact strategic questions and support development of recommendations for leadership

About You:

  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving structured problems

  • You have strong analytical skills and can translate insights into clear recommendations

  • You collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships

  • You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • You take ownership of your work and follow through to completion

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
