What You’ll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll be a key part of our Supply Chain team. Your day-to-day work helps clinical teams focus on patient care by making sure supplies and equipment are accurate, available, and ready when needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas.
  • Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover.
  • Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies—updating systems as needed.
  • Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition.
  • Respond to supply and equipment requests—both routine and urgent—with prompt, professional service.
  • Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report any issues.
  • Help manage bi-annual physical inventories and assist with reporting for supply tracking.
  • Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout daily operations.
  • Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.
Who You Are
You are detail-oriented, dependable, and bring a proactive mindset to solving problems. You value teamwork and take pride in supporting patient care—even when you’re not directly at the bedside.

What You Bring
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in healthcare, supply chain, or materials management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
