About the Role: Pulse Nursing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to work in Dartford starting immediately. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care and support to individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.
- Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
- Support the recovery process through a range of therapeutic activities.

Requirements:
- Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Band 6 experience in a community setting is preferred.
- Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check (Pulse can assist if needed).
