About the Role
A growth leadership role at a scaling B2B SaaS company focused on AI-powered business communications. You will own the growth engine across marketing and product, lead a global growth team, and report directly to the CEO.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize the full growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
Lead product growth initiatives, including funnel design, pricing, positioning, and onboarding.
Build and scale a high-performing growth team, setting direction and hiring talent.
Use analytics and experimentation to allocate budgets and prioritize initiatives across channels.
Launch and grow the business in new international markets.
Report on growth metrics, budget performance, and strategic priorities to the CEO.
Develop lifecycle and customer retention strategies across markets.
What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of marketing or growth leadership experience, including scaling a company from an early stage to eight- or nine-figure ARR.
Experience managing annual marketing budgets of €15 million or more with P&L accountability.
A track record of launching in international markets and delivering measurable revenue growth.
End-to-end ownership of marketing and product marketing, spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding, and funnel optimization.
Strong growth analytics, experimentation, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and website optimization skills.
Experience building and leading marketing or growth teams, setting KPIs, and reporting to a CEO.
Background in high-growth B2B or product-led SaaS, ideally in AI, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €150,000 to €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.
