Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly

Position Overview;
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans designed to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect and record session data and notes within 24 hours (Rethink platform)
- Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers
- Participate in training and supervision

Qualifications;
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children (ABA preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
