The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and data-driven, with excellent communication skills and an ability to combine complex analysis with market knowledge to produce actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the seasonal line plan, including style count, SKU architecture, color/material strategy, and price tiering in line with category financial targets
  • Manage pricing architecture, including margin targets and competitive positioning
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal performance by style and SKU; deliver clear hindsights and actionable recommendations that shape future development
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the competitive landscape, from contemporary to luxury, and translate market insights into line evolution
  • Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Materials, and Production teams to align product execution with commercial intent, calendar milestones, lead times, cost targets, and sustainability standards
  • Act as the customer expert, ensuring a strong balance of commercial and trend-right attributes
  • Collaborate with Planning on buy depth, open-to-buy alignment, and inventory strategy, including receipt flow and reorder logic
  • Work with Wholesale to shape channel-right assortments and support market appointments and bookings analysis
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer teams to drive launch visibility and full-price sell-through on key styles

What You'll Need:

  • 4–7 years of merchandising experience, ideally managing accessories, swim, jewelry, or other emerging categories
  • Comfortable giving honest, direct feedback
  • Fluency in retail math and comfort owning sales, margin, and inventory outcomes
  • Strong analytical toolkit — advanced Excel proficiency, including experience modeling and analyzing inventory levels
  • Ability to deal successfully with the complexities of an expanding organization and build process where needed
  • Genuine passion for the accessories market and growing new businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences ranging from cross-functional partners to executives

Who You Are:

  • You possess an entrepreneurial spirit with strong problem-solving skills
  • You have a keen eye for trends and can quickly spot patterns in the market
  • You love product and completely get the Reformation customer
  • You are a self-starter who can work proactively and independently as well as collaboratively
  • You are nimble, adapt quickly to changing business trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are deeply passionate about the environment
  • You intuitively know when to take risks and when to play it safe

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 plus 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.

  • We care about the causes our employees care about so we donate to community efforts on a yearly basis.
  • We offer a clothing discount, culture events (like our annual Ref Values week and Volunteer Time Off), you know, all the meaningful and fun stuff!

We get it—studies show that many women and individuals from historically underrepresented communities hold back from applying unless they meet every single requirement.
