Courier Health is on a mission to solve one of the biggest and most meaningful opportunities in healthcare: reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported.
We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
The Opportunity
Courier Health exists to get patients faster access to life-saving therapies, and every program we sign brings that mission to more patients. Marketing helps determines how life sciences teams find us and how quickly they move from first conversation to signed deal.
As Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through integrated campaigns, events, and account-based programs.
Some of the engine already runs, including a strong events program and a flagship Patient Innovators Summit. Much of it is still yours to design and refine, partnering with Sales and Brand & Product Marketing to translate messaging into demand campaigns.
What You’ll Build
Pipeline from the accounts that matter most. You will define and run our demand generation strategy across paid social, search, industry channels, and webinars, alongside integrated campaigns and ABM. You’ll partner with brand and product marketing to turn positioning and messaging into campaigns that reach the right buyers and move them forward.
Events that end in opportunities. We already have a strong presence at industry conferences and host our own invite-only Patient Innovators Summit. Your job is to make it sharper and scale it. Every event should have a pipeline goal, a plan for the accounts in the room, and a follow-up Sales can act on the next morning.
A marketing-to-Sales handoff nobody argues about. You’ll work with leadership to align Sales and Marketing on lead intent, routing, SLAs, and follow-up. You’ll own the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot and Clay, plus the attribution and reporting that track pipeline targets and campaign performance in one place.
A small team that punches well above its size. You will lead three direct reports across events, campaigns, and marketing operations, and you’ll roll up your sleeves alongside them. You’ll run a steady cadence of experiments, keeping what works and dropping what doesn’t. You’ll build a team culture where creativity and data pull in the same direction.
