You will onboard ambitious brands onto AmberOS, mapping their production reality, migrating their data, and making sure the first ninety days turn skeptics into references.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding projects from kickoff to steady state for new brand customers.
- Map each brand's products, suppliers, and order flows into the model in AmberOS.
- Run working sessions with founders, ops leads, and factories across time zones.
- Turn recurring onboarding friction into product feedback the team can act on.
- Build playbooks that make every next onboarding faster than the last.
What we look for
- Three or more years in brand operations, supply chain, or consulting for consumer brands.
- Hands-on familiarity with POs, costing, and production timelines.
- Structured project management across multiple concurrent customers.
- Empathy for operators plus the spine to push back on scope.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing ERP, PLM, or similar operational software.
- Time inside a scaling DTC or wholesale brand.
- Comfort with spreadsheets-to-system data migrations.
