Warehouse Manager.

Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Warehouse Manager

At EquipmentShare, we’re not just filling a role — we’re assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before. We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

EquipmentShare is searching for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This role will oversee all assets, inventory, and shipments for a single warehouse facility located in the Baytown, TX area.

Primary Responsibilities

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our warehouse facility. This person will be accountable for the accuracy and security of every asset in the building, the flow of inventory in and out, and the timely, cost-effective shipment of orders to customers and branches. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of warehouse associates and serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and carriers.

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping
  • Maintain accurate records for all assets and inventory; lead cycle counts and physical inventories, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage asset tracking from receipt through return, including tagging, serialization, check-in/check-out, and transfers between locations
  • Plan and manage all inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers, schedule freight, and control shipping costs
  • Ensure shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing lists are complete and accurate
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and develop warehouse associates; set expectations and manage performance
  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Oversee inspection of returned assets and route damaged items for repair, replacement, or disposal
  • Oversee activation, testing, and troubleshooting of telematics devices before shipment
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and workflow to improve efficiency and space utilization
  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy, order fill rate, on-time shipment rate, and shrink
  • Partner with purchasing, branch operations, and field teams on replenishment, transfers, and stocking levels
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility; enforce OSHA requirements, forklift safety, and company safety policies
  • Manage warehouse supplies, material-handling equipment, and facility needs within budget

We want our team members to experience a new level of fulfillment at work. Your only limitations are the ones you might place on yourself.
