- In charge of commercial control and invoicing for assigned programme software and services.
- Responsible for controlling the financial situation of our Sales team in Powertrain Department.
- Fulfilling Salesforce acquisition processes as part of senior management releases.
- Reporting and assisting the Software & Services Business Manager.
- Assisting sales controlling department (SCC) in monthly invoice submissions.
- Participate in online & on-site face to face meetings with the client.
Essential Criteria
- Studying for an undergraduate (in finance, business or accountancy).
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables and more elaborate formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP).
- Power Point basics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to sustain long periods of focus whilst performing complex data analysis.
Desirable/Distinguishing Criteria
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Outspoken and proactive attitude.
- Automotive industry interest/knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience within a professional setting.
This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.
Location: you will be based at the Coventry office.
