Job Description Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly: Build and assemble transformer components according to the manufacturing plan and detailed technical specifications. Quality Standards: Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every unit meets quality requirements and customer expectations. Technical Proficiency: Accurately interpret technical diagrams, drawings, and schematics to guide your daily assembly tasks. Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety by adhering to all EHS policies, safe lifting practices, and mandatory Life Saving Rules. Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and quality and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation by following routine maintenance and cleaning plans for all tools and fixtures. Team Collaboration: Assist in training colleagues, share ideas for improvement, and remain flexible to support the wider production team’s objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills Manufacturing Experience: Significant experience in a light mechanical assembly or similar technical manufacturing environment. Attention to Detail: Proven ability to follow written instructions, technical procedures, and quality standards accurately. Technical Aptitude: Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematic diagrams. Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to safe manual handling and safe lifting practices in a production setting. Digital Literacy: Comfortable using touchscreen technology and basic IT systems to record production data. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing and industrial experience. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, or continuous flow processes.
