Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Greet guests upon boarding and introduce them to cabin features, amenities, and onboard services.
• Prepare cabins prior to guest arrival and maintain them throughout the journey, including morning refresh and evening turndown services.
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of cabins at all times.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and arrangement of guests’ luggage within the cabin.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in the cabin upon request, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Coordinate and manage special guest requests, including dietary requirements, celebrations, and comfort preferences.
• Deliver attentive, personalized, and anticipatory service tailored to each guest’s individual needs and preferences.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure guests are informed about onboard safety procedures and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
• Liaise closely with other departments, including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Operations, and Guest Relations, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Report any issues affecting cabin conditions or the overall guest experience.
• Monitor cabin standards, replenish amenities, and maintain luxury service levels throughout the journey.
• Provide discreet, high-end service while respecting guests’ privacy and ensuring their comfort at all times.
Requirements
• Several years’ experience in Hospitality at luxury level
• Experience in dealing with international customers
• Basic knowledge of reception, housekeeping and/or F&B service techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting operations (over 35kg)
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong self-organization and time management skills
• Team player
• Travelling extensively across Europe
• European or Swiss passport
• Fluency in English and French, a basic comprehension of Italian a plus
