The role: As an Operator, you will help drive our goals by: • Processing, refining and fabricating precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activities • Following written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately • Monitoring and controlling multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiency • Performing routine testing and checks to support process control and product specifications • Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the process • Supporting housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplace Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Ability to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environment • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standards • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and using Microsoft Office applications Even if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!
