Working closely with adjusters, business partners, and internal functions, the team plays a vital role in ensuring claims are processed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with company standards. Your contribution at AIG As an FNOL - Claims Support professional, you will provide operational and administrative support across the claims lifecycle. You will be responsible for claims intake, claims system administration, documentation management, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and in accordance with AIG standards and regulatory requirements. How you will create an impact Provide administrative and operational support for claims activities, including claims intake, system transactions, documentation management, and vendor billing processes. Support the accurate and timely registration, maintenance, and processing of claims within claims systems. Coordinate with Finance, Underwriting, Distribution, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate claims-related activities. Assist claim adjusters and claims leaders with operational tasks to support efficient claims handling and service delivery. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service timelines. Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in accordance with AIG policies and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and operational efficiency. Adhere to AIG's policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements. What you'll need to succeed Experience in claims administration, insurance operations, customer service, or a related support function. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and system transactions accurately. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management systems.
