Who You Are
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to own key analytics, reporting, and data insights initiatives across Verve's core programmatic Marketplace.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Operations teams to develop and improve reporting capabilities, analytics dashboards, and marketplace insights. You will be responsible for translating complex data requirements into actionable product initiatives that drive better business decisions and marketplace performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own feature discovery, product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics and reporting products.
- Drive the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and data insights that improve visibility into marketplace performance.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and platform insights.
- Lead product delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and communication.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years (Product Manager) or 4+ years (Senior Product Manager) of hands-on product management experience in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, or Ad Servers).
- Strong understanding of OpenRTB protocols, RTB auction mechanics, and programmatic advertising metrics.
- Proven experience managing analytics, reporting, dashboards, or data-driven products within an AdTech environment.
- Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and reporting requirements, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product decisions.
- Experience with structured prioritization frameworks and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Nice to Have: Experience with SQL, BI tools, data visualization platforms, or high-volume advertising data.
