- Accurately input data into internal databases and systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into our systems to maintain data integrity
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is correct, current, and organized
- Generate reports and compile data as requested by the management team in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, demonstrating analytical skills
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their data-related needs and projects
- Follow confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information with transparency and responsibility
- Manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Identify and communicate potential data quality issues to appropriate team members
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new data entry team members when needed
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience with data verification and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with confidentiality protocols and data security best practices
