Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as analytical and strategic partner to the Digital Trade Manager. Collaborate with Planning, Buying, Marketing, Site Ops, and Product teams. Serve as the go-to person for product knowledge on .com and future key initiatives. Participate in bi-weekly team meetings (Trade team) to brainstorm actions for healthy seasonal performance. Co-own flow plan with Product team for product lifecycle and offline transitions.   Key Success Metrics Accuracy and commercial impact of seasonal pack buys Sell-through and margin performance of packs Conversion and AOV uplift from pack initiatives Full-price vs. markdown ratio improvement Quality and timeliness of reporting and insights Stakeholder alignment and satisfaction Effectiveness of seasonal forecasting and building block usage Skills for Success To succeed as Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA), you should combine a strong analytical mindset with commercial and product instinct, translating performance insights into the right assortment, seasonal buys and trading decisions.
