As a strategic facilitator, you will harmonize OTR processes, optimize interactions between Supply Chain, Project Management, and Production teams, and support the Methods team in implementing industrial standards. Job Description Responsabilités principales / Key Responsibilities Gestion Opérationnelle des Projets (OTR) / Operational Project Management (OTR) Pilotage de projet : Diriger les réunions de lancement, assurer la coordination multidisciplinaire (Achats, Logistique, Douane, Finance, Atelier) et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la livraison client ou la réalisation du chantier.Project Leadership: Lead kickoff meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Procurement, Logistics, Customs, Finance, Shop Floor), and manage projects through to client delivery or site completion. Suivi financier et contractuel : Administrer le cycle complet : examen des commandes, facturation, contrôle budgétaire et gestion rigoureuse des ordres de variation.Financial & Contractual Tracking: Administer the full cycle: order review, invoicing, budget control, and rigorous management of change orders. Relation client : Assurer une communication proactive et garantir la satisfaction client tout au long de l'exécution du projet.Client Relations: Maintain proactive communication and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project execution. Clôture et Amélioration : Superviser la clôture administrative et réaliser les analyses post-mortem.Closeout & Improvement: Oversee administrative closure and perform post-mortem analyses. Initiatives Opérationnelles / Operational Initiatives Appliquer la feuille de route Lean, optimiser les flux de travail entre les départements, soutenir la standardisation industrielle, fournir une assistance analytique pour les demandes de CAPEX et gérer des projets internationaux complexes (>2M$ USD).Drive Lean roadmap execution, optimize workflows between departments, support industrial standardization, provide strategic analytical support for CAPEX requests, and manage complex international projects (>2M$ USD). Qualifications et compétences / Qualifications & Skills Formation : Baccalauréat en Gestion de projet, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe. / Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Expérience : 1 à 3 ans en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le secteur de la transmission haute tension. / 1-3 years in project management, ideally in high-voltage transmission. Outils : Maîtrise de SAP et de la suite Microsoft Office. / Mastery of SAP and Microsoft Office. Langues : Parfaitement bilingue (français/anglais), à l'oral comme à l'écrit. / Perfectly bilingual (French/English), spoken and written. Conformité : Éligibilité au travail au Canada et réussite aux vérifications de sécurité pré-emploi. / Eligibility to work in Canada and successful completion of pre-employment security checks.
