RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to player enquiries via live chat, providing prompt, professional and helpful support
Assist players with gameplay-related issues, troubleshoot problems and resolve queries efficiently
Support players with account and online connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted platform access
Investigate player concerns and verify account details, gameplay information and relevant records
Maintain high customer service standards and deliver a positive player experience
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Native-level Korean language skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Previous experience in the iGaming industry
Excellent written communication skills, particularly for live chat support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Availability to work rotating shifts covering a 24/7 operation
