To ensure we feel safe with you, you should bring not only a loving personality but also a qualification as a certified health professional (EFZ) and a few years of experience with the over-70 generation.
Retirement home, how boring! We can already hear your protest, but we can assure you that you will definitely not be bored with us. In addition to basic care for our long-term and transitional care residents, specialized treatment care is also offered in collaboration with our interprofessional treatment team.
It is said that working with us in Horgen is great fun, not just because of the beautiful lake view. Satisfied employees are important to the foundation, as this positively influences the work with us. Here, you can sing while working - preferably with us - because that makes everything go better. You will receive chocolate cake on your birthday, your car can be parked with us for free, or you can use our own bus stop. Additionally, you can participate in numerous internal training sessions.
