On April 1, 2026, Sanadura will start – the new organization for the Promulins retirement centers in Samedan, Du Lac in St. Moritz, and Spitex Oberengadin. Together, we are building an organization where good care, reliable collaboration, and respectful interaction are at the center.
For our teams in long-term care, we are looking for dedicated individuals as care assistants who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a motivated team.

Your tasks
You support our residents in their daily lives and work closely with the care team:
Support with personal care, mobilization, and daily activities
Assistance with care and activation
Support during meals
Observation of changes and communication to the team
Collaboration in daily care on the ward
Co-responsibility for a welcoming living and working atmosphere
What you bring
Training as a care assistant SRK or experience in supporting people
Enjoyment in working with elderly people
Team spirit and reliability
German language skills that enable communication in daily work
Willingness to learn new things
Applications from individuals with experience in care or support without formal training are also welcome.
