Job Overview
The Payments Analyst will be a key member of the Payments team, responsible for managing day-to-day payment queries from clients and colleagues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with the R&P Product team on various projects. This role also involves maintaining strong and effective working relationships with current and future service providers across the group.
Responsibilities
- Monitor PSP balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for processing.
- Perform analysis on various metrics across multiple payment solutions.
- Conduct daily transactional reconciliations.
- Manage settlements for PSPs that do not support automated settlement processes.
- Execute requested refunds using back-office applications.
- Liaise with payment vendors for account openings, onboarding, updates and compliance-related requests.
- Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects.
- Handle internal and external payment-related queries.
- Collect monthly fees, perform invoice reconciliation, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working with online payment solutions or within the Forex industry.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
