Key Tasks & Functional Responsibilities:
- Work as project leads to establishing a production plant at identified location
- Single point of contact for the assigned project from concept stages through production and project closure.
- Responsible for achieving project goals (Time, Cost, Budget & Quality)
- Manage cross-functional core team, comprising of Facilities management, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Functions, Product Management, Purchasing and Logistics.
- Coordinates with internal & external stakeholders (Govt officials) for approvals for plant establishment
- Work closely with ChkP, other Bosch IN plants, IPN and international teams.
- Develop achievable project plans/timelines in accordance with the VM & BBM process and Product Roadmap.
- Responsible for the project infrastructure, MAE & SOP
- Identify and assess risks, create plans for risk mitigation as they pertain to cost, quality and schedule.
- Able to function independently on a variety of problems of moderate scope. Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Communications - Develop and manage projects status, project reviews and other communication tools as needed. Organize timely review meetings at all levels and manage escalations where necessary.
- Leadership – motivate, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Plan & track necessary budget for the project execution
- Planning & onboarding of operations team as per project timeline
