Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, generating measurable ROI, and developing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You should be confident taking full ownership of Meta advertising accounts, analyzing campaign performance, testing creative strategies, and scaling successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Budget Management: Manage and strategically allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize customer acquisition costs.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Audience Targeting: Develop and test prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audience, and broad targeting strategies.
- Creative Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and refine high-converting ad creatives, copy, and messaging.
- Tracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Performance Reporting: Build and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Scaling Campaigns: Identify winning campaigns and scale advertising spend efficiently without compromising profitability.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to improve overall campaign performance.
- Platform Expertise: Stay updated on Meta advertising algorithm changes, platform updates, and paid social best practices.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid social campaigns and delivering strong ROI/ROAS.
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Events Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Expertise in Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute structured A/B testing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, lead generation businesses, or digital marketing agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign performance and successful scaling.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
- Experience managing multiple client advertising accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, CRO, and marketing automation.
- Previous experience working with UK, US, or international clients.
