Devsinc is hiring a Recruitment Intern to support its Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring teams across technical and non-technical functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews, profile evaluations, to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.
- Support recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
- Assist in posting job openings, managing applications, and monitoring responses across recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and application status.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on daily hiring activities and other recruitment-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including keyword searches, Boolean search strings, and identifying relevant profiles based on job requirements.
