Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this salaried, exempt Registered Nurse position provides direct healthcare services and support to students in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. In addition to delivering quality nursing care, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact young adults by promoting healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and career readiness.

What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to students in a supportive campus environment.
- Administer medications, monitor student health, and assess medical needs.
- Treat minor illnesses and injuries, perform wound care, and assist with physical examinations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
- Help ensure the Health & Wellness Center is organized, stocked, and ready to provide exceptional care.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to support student success and overall well-being.
- Educate and encourage healthy lifestyles while serving as a positive role model for students.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every student feels valued.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing health and wellness initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- At least one year of nursing experience (two or more years preferred).
- Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- A compassionate professional who enjoys mentoring, educating, and making a meaningful impact.
