Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review credit applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation, following up as needed to obtain missing information.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to resolve application questions and facilitate timely processing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers by responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate Operations team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.
