Duties and Responsibilities
- Managed carrier relationships across North Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan)
- Developed and executed procurement strategies for major networking equipment and accessories by partnering with internal business units on upcoming and long-term projects
- Prepared and presented weekly and monthly P&L management reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitored and optimized inventory management, including equipment stock levels, inventory amortization, and storage cost control.
- Built and expanded vendor channels for networking equipment and accessories, including vendor due diligence and commercial cost negotiations.
- Identified operational process gaps and implemented timely corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Ensured full compliance with company standards, internal controls, and operational procedures
- Established and optimized team organizational structure to support business growth
- Maintained strong customer and partner relationships within the global networking ecosystem
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a preferred.
- Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.
- Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.
- 8 years of related working experience in similar roles.
- Possess excellent computer skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
