Position and Experience:
Tops and Trends is seeking highly enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated Outside Sales Representative Apprentices for our Raleigh, NC team. Full-time, part-tIme and flex time opportunities are available. Successful candidates will feel comfortable handling route sales and customer service for our established automotive dealership customer base. Our representatives are not required to cold call. Successful candidates quote and schedule work as needed, provide product and installation support, monitor dealer inventory, make suggestive selling recommendations and maintain good relationships. Candidates should be organized and efficient, possess a solid work ethic, comfortable multi-tasking and have the ability to provide high level customer service and satisfaction.
Outside Sales Representative Apprentice Responsibilities:
- Conduct an average of (8-10) route-based appointments daily in Triangle and surrounding areas
- Enthusiastic representation of our company and products
- Ability to assess and service customer needs, quote and schedule work
- Lead product demonstration on features and benefits
- Willingness to ask for the sale
- Utilize CRM software to plan and record daily activity
- Ability to be hands on and work in a fast-paced environment
For this position, experience in outside sales is not required, but preferred. Two, (2) plus years of prior B2C, people-to-people marketing, customer service, wait staff, server, bartender or other equivalent required.
