Job Description;
- Report to Operations Manager
- Ensure efficient and safe work environment
- Provide work direction and support to the mechanics and maintenance staff
- Source and order parts as required
- Maintain stock on critical components
- Track supply and material inventories
- Document and organize equipment and maintenance information
- Manage preventative maintenance program/schedule along with defect list for a fleet of equipment
- Schedule equipment for maintenance and liaise with operation management team
- Source and schedule outside service providers as required
- Maintain annual inspections and warranty information
- Generate cost and equipment health reports
- Ship and receive parts/tool
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in parts/service, maintenance management (leadership experience recommended)- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and Fleet Management Softwares
- Requires critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast passed and changing environment (priorities change based on operational needs)
- Requires open mindedness, ambition, accountability and transparency
- Valid drivers license
- Experience with Fleetsoft is an asset
