The Money
- Competitive base salary ($40K–$45K)
- Uncapped commission, paid on every qualified appointment you book and every deal you source that closes
- Your results decide your income. The more you produce, the more you earn.

The Setup
- Hybrid: 2 days in our The Colony, TX office, 3 days from home
- Benefits start after 90 days: paid time off (PTO), 401(k), and medical, dental and vision insurance

What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and C-level decision-makers
- Get past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
- Book qualified first appointments for our Account Executives
- Build real relationships with executives
- Keep the CRM clean and accurate
- Join daily coaching and training sessions

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience
