What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Set up and stock your station so you’re ready when the tickets start rolling.
- Execute each dish with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Communicate with the kitchen and service teams to keep orders moving.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, storage, and labeling procedures.
- Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Support prep, restocking, and opening and closing duties.
- Bring a team mentality and a willingness to jump in where needed.
What You Bring
- Previous line cook experience preferred.
- Strong attention to quality, timing, and presentation.
- The ability to stay focused and organized during a busy service.
- Dependability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely work in a busy kitchen.
