Cane Rosso White Rock is looking for a Kitchen Manager who knows how to run a great kitchen, develop a strong crew, and keep standards high even when the restaurant is rocking.
We’re part of PILF Restaurant Group, a Texas-based, pizza-obsessed restaurant group behind Cane Rosso, Zoli’s NY Pizza, Thunderbird Pies, and more. We take our pizza seriously, but we don’t believe work has to feel corporate or boring.
We’re looking for a leader who wants to be in the kitchen with their team, coaching, teaching, jumping in when needed, and creating a culture people actually want to be part of.
If you love developing people, running a clean and organized kitchen, controlling your numbers, and putting out some damn good pizza, we should talk.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead, coach, train, and develop an awesome BOH team
- Set the pace and create a kitchen culture built around teamwork, accountability, and respect
- Make sure every pizza and plate leaving the kitchen meets Cane Rosso standards
- Own food cost, inventory, ordering, product rotation, and waste
- Build smart schedules and manage labor without sacrificing execution
- Conduct line checks, prep checks, and quality checks throughout every shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen
- Hire and onboard new team members and help develop your next generation of kitchen leaders
- Coach performance in real time and celebrate the wins too
- Partner with the General Manager to crush restaurant goals
- Jump in, solve problems, and lead from the front
YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF...
- You have previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, AKM, Chef, or similar culinary leadership role
- You genuinely enjoy teaching and developing people
- You can stay cool when the ticket printer absolutely refuses to
- You understand food cost, inventory, labor, prep, and kitchen operations
- You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable holding people accountable
- You believe leaders should work alongside their teams, not just point from the sidelines
- You can handle a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- You have or can obtain ServSafe certification
- You’re available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when the restaurant needs you
