What the job requires
- Lead client communication
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Run structured budget meetings

You will spend time in the field where standards are enforced, however you're not site superintendent. You will be working with a Site Manager.

Your background
- 8+ years in custom residential construction
- Strong understanding of building science
- Experience managing high end luxury budgets and schedules
- Tech Savvy
More importantly: you can create control in complex project environments.
