We’re looking for experienced CDL drivers to transport mine employees between designated pickup locations and their work sites. These passengers put in long days. Getting them to work and home safely is a responsibility we take seriously.

Drivers start at $31 per hour. We pay competitively because professional driving deserves professional pay. We also know the team, the support, and the way people handle a difficult day matter just as much when you’re deciding where to stay.

The Driving Part
This is employee transportation serving our Nevada mining operation. You’ll operate motor coaches and passenger buses, helping mine employees get to and from their shifts safely and reliably.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating buses in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, and mine-site requirements.
- Following assigned routes, pickup locations, and schedules.
- Completing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintaining accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
- Keeping dispatch informed about delays, changing conditions, and anything affecting service.
- Treating passengers, teammates, and customer representatives professionally.
- Assisting passengers with boarding and exiting when needed.
- Keeping your bus clean and reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
- Adjusting your driving for weather, construction, road conditions, and terrain.
- Following fatigue management and hours-of-service requirements.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies and incidents.
- Protecting confidential customer and personnel information.
Being on time matters. Getting people there safely matters more. We expect good judgment behind the wheel.
You’ll Probably Fit In Here If…
You’re a dependable, experienced driver who arrives prepared and stays calm when plans change. You can follow a procedure, communicate clearly, and take care of the details without needing someone to chase you.
You treat passengers well—even before sunrise, when nobody has much to say yet.
You’re willing to ask questions, speak up about concerns, and help a teammate. You understand that a good operation takes drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and managers working together.
A sense of humor is welcome. So is knowing when everyone would appreciate a quiet ride.
What You’ll Need
- A valid Class B CDL or higher with a Passenger endorsement.
- A current DOT medical card.
- An acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass the required DOT drug screening and background check.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required mine-site access credentials.
- A strong commitment to safe driving and professional passenger service.
Experience with motor coaches, shuttles, transit buses, school buses, or employee transportation is especially helpful. Mining, industrial, or remote-site experience is a plus.
Schedule and Working Conditions
- Morning and evening shifts are available.
- Rotating schedules may be required.
- Weekend and holiday work may be required.
- Work includes extended periods of sitting, vehicle inspections, repeated entry and exit, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
